Thumbtack built an organic social team in 2019 to own everything from strategy to copy to design. This was an important step for our brand and a way for us to really make a mark and connect with our pros and customers in a new way. 

I worked with the social team to create designs and strategy for what our different posts should look like. I also collaborated with and guided a junior designer to create a template system and guidelines on how we should approach these new channels and platforms so that they stayed consistent with our brand.
