One of the primary roles of the brand creative team at Thumbtack was in-house production. I had the pleasure of working on several large-budget TV and photo shoots throughout my internship and during my tenure as a full-time designer. 

One of my all-time favorite projects was shooting behind the scenes photography for Thumbtack. We shot dozens of hours of footage to create a year’s worth of assets for TV, streaming ads, YouTube ads, paid and organic social, internal communications and more. During the week-long shoot, I spent time with real Thumbtack pros, actors and our crew, experiencing the hard work and passion that goes into shooting and the candid behind the scenes moments that aren’t always seen.
